Sample Level 6 routine
Choose an element to understand it
A visual and a plain-language explanation make the movement easier to recognize from the stands.
A round-off connects directly into consecutive backward handsprings to build speed across the floor.
Look for legs together, straight arms, and one smooth connection without a pause.
Why gymnastics is different
Gymnastics does not begin with the whole game. An element is learned, connected, and strengthened. A bonus at one level becomes part of the expected routine at the next.
Routine Mastery makes that progression visible, so families can understand where their gymnast is today and what they are building toward.
Rotation order and routine context, explained for the people in the stands.

Their routine today. Their story for years.
Understanding the routine is where it starts. Their profile becomes the place your family keeps the people, places, results, and moments that made the journey theirs.

Made inside the sport
Routine Mastery started with a family conversation about a gap we had all lived: Lukas understood what was happening on the floor, and the people driving him to practice and watching from the stands often did not. We recognized the problem together, and realized we had the experience to build something around it.
