The agreement, in plain sentences.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Routine Mastery, Inc. (“Routine Mastery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your use of routinemastery.ai, its subdomains, and any feature, page, form, or service we offer through them (together, the “Service”).

By visiting the Service, browsing the directory, submitting a form, or joining the early-access list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Service.

How we handle information is described separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

Routine Mastery is being built for gymnastics families. Some of it is live now and some of it is not, and this section states which is which so the rest of these Terms can be read accurately.

Available now

The national gymnastics directory of gyms, coaches, and meets; the family guide and questions-and-answers material; the pricing and story pages; the early-access list; and the public forms used to submit or correct a directory entry.

Not yet available

User accounts, the routine explainer product, the family archive, uploaded photos or video, and any paid plan. Nothing on the Service today creates an account, takes a payment, or stores a gymnast's media.

Where these Terms describe accounts, subscriptions, or family content, those provisions take effect when that part of the Service opens to you. Until then they describe intent, not a service you are receiving.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces something you already rely on.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to enter into these Terms, to submit a form, or to hold an account when accounts become available.

Routine Mastery is designed so that a parent or legal guardian holds the account and enters information about their gymnast. Children under 13 may not create an account or submit information to us directly. If your gymnast is under 13, the adult in the household is the person contracting with us and is responsible for what is submitted.

When accounts open, you agree to give accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Joining the early-access list adds your contact details to a waiting list. It is not a purchase, it does not reserve a licence, and it does not obligate you to buy anything. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Prices and plan descriptions shown on the pricing page are indicative and describe what we currently intend to offer. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they may change before launch. Any commitment we make there about an early-family rate is a commitment we intend to honor, and the binding terms of it will be set out in the plan terms presented to you at the point you are asked to pay.

We do not collect payment card details through the Service today. When paid plans launch, billing terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will be governed by the plan terms presented at checkout, which will supplement these Terms.

The directory lists gymnastics gyms, coaches, and meets so families can find them. Entries are assembled from public sources and from submissions, and they are reviewed before they are published.

• A listing is not an endorsement, a certification, a recommendation, or a statement that a gym, coach, or meet is safe, licensed, insured, or suitable for your gymnast.
• We do not verify the qualifications, background, conduct, or safety practices of any gym, coach, judge, or event organizer. Choosing where your gymnast trains or competes is your decision, and you should do your own diligence.
• Directory information may be incomplete or out of date. We correct what we can, when we learn of it.
• We may edit, decline, reorder, or remove any entry at our discretion, including entries submitted by the business itself.

If you own or represent a listed business and something is wrong, or you would like the entry removed, write to hello@routinemastery.ai and we will review it.

“Submissions” means anything you send us through the Service: directory entries and corrections, review responses, pricing feedback, early-access details, and any message you send us about them.

You keep ownership of your Submissions. By sending them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt, and publish them for the purpose of operating and improving the Service — for example, publishing a corrected gym listing, or using aggregated feedback to shape a plan.

You confirm that you have the right to send us what you send, that it is accurate as far as you know, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or reveal information about another person's child that you are not entitled to share.

Suggestions and feedback about the Service are given freely. We may act on them without obligation, attribution, or compensation.

The directory is a resource for families. Please use the Service in ways that keep it that way. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract the directory in bulk, or build a competing dataset or listing service from it;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute directory data, including contact details revealed on request;
• use contact information obtained from the Service to send unsolicited marketing to gyms, coaches, or organizers;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, bot protection, or any other technical control on the Service;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
• submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive content, or impersonate another person or business;
• upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Service or its content to train a machine learning model or build a derivative dataset without our written permission;
• use the Service in any way that breaks the law or these Terms.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take any step we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting access, and reporting activity to the authorities.

The Service, including its text, guides, explanations, illustrations, layout, software, and the Routine Mastery name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view, print, and share the family guide and other public pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping any attribution intact. Everything else — copying, republishing, adapting, framing, or commercial use — needs our written permission.

The family guide, the routine explanations, and the scoring material exist to help families understand what they are watching. They are general educational information about the sport.

They are not coaching instruction, training advice, judging guidance, or medical, safety, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified coach, judge, or clinician. Never use anything on the Service as a reason for a gymnast to attempt a skill. Scoring rules and level requirements are set by the relevant governing bodies and change over time; where our material and an official rulebook disagree, the rulebook governs.

The Service links to gym websites, meet registration pages, governing bodies, and other third-party sites, and it relies on third-party providers for hosting, email, and measurement. We do not control those sites or services, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that directory information is accurate, current, or complete, or that any defect will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routine Mastery and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in that period or one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routine Mastery and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your Submissions, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and once accounts exist you will be able to close yours. We may suspend or end your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would create a risk to other users or to us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive it, including the licence you granted for Submissions already published, the acceptable-use restrictions, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability, the indemnity, and the governing-law provisions.

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for a material change we will give notice on the Service or by email to the address you gave us before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.

Before filing anything, please write to us at hello@routinemastery.ai describing the problem and what you would like us to do. We will try in good faith to resolve it with you within 60 days. Most things are fixable this way.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Routine Mastery agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for any dispute not resolved informally, and each of us waives any objection to that venue.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Routine Mastery about the Service, and replace any earlier understanding about it.
• If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms stay in force.
• Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
• There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
