Cookie Policy
What runs in your browser.
This page lists every cookie-like technology on routinemastery.ai, names the third parties behind them, and tells you how to switch them off. It is short because the list is short.

What this page covers
“Cookies” here is shorthand for cookies and the technologies that behave like them: local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that read signals from your browser or connection.
What we do with the information those technologies produce is covered in our Privacy Policy. This page is about the mechanisms themselves.
The short version
- Routine Mastery does not set any cookie of its own. There are no accounts and no login session to keep, so there is nothing to store.
- There are no advertising cookies, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels, and no social media trackers on this site.
- Three third-party services run on the site. Two are operational — hosting and bot protection — and one identifies the business a visit may be associated with.
- You can block all of them in your browser without losing access to anything on the site.
The categories, defined
- Strictly necessary
- Needed to deliver the site securely and to tell an automated client from a person. Turning these off is not offered, because the site cannot be served safely without them.
- Analytics
- Counts of page views and navigation, in aggregate, so we can see which pages families use. Not tied to you and not used to follow you elsewhere.
- Visitor identification
- A service that infers the organization a visit may be associated with, from network information. It is aimed at business visitors — gyms, clubs, partners — not at identifying an individual family.
- Advertising
- None. We do not run any.
What actually runs on this site
- Vercel — hosting and delivery (strictly necessary)
- Serves every page and may use short-lived cookies or headers for load balancing, security, and to route a request to the right deployment. Nothing here identifies you.
- Vercel BotID — bot protection (strictly necessary)
- Guards a small number of routes, such as revealing a gym's phone number, by reading request and device signals to distinguish an automated client from a person. Without it the directory could be harvested wholesale.
- Vercel Web Analytics — analytics
- Aggregate page measurement. It is cookieless by design and does not build a cross-site profile. We deliberately do not attach anything about a family, gymnast, gym, or submission to it.
- Happierleads — visitor identification
- A script that runs after the page has loaded and reports which organization a visit may be associated with. It may set a cookie or use browser storage to recognize a returning visit. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
If you follow a link from this site to a gym's website, a meet registration page, or a social profile, that destination sets its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over those and this page does not cover them.
How to turn these off
There is no cookie banner on this site today, and nothing here is required for you to read a page, browse the directory, or fill in a form. Your browser is the control:
- Block or delete cookies and site data for routinemastery.ai in your browser's privacy or site-settings panel. Every major browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — offers this per site.
- Turn on tracking protection or a strict privacy mode, which blocks third-party scripts of this kind by default.
- Use a content blocker, which will stop the visitor-identification script from loading at all.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in a browser or extension that supports it. We honor it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information, though we do not sell or share it.
Changes to this page
If we add a service that sets a cookie or reads browser storage, we will list it here and update the effective date. Accounts, when they arrive, will need a session cookie, and it will be described here before it ships.
